The hit Netflix makeover series Queer Eye will conclude with its upcoming 10th season, the streaming giant announced.
The reality show’s final season will premiere in 2025. Netflix hasn’t released specific timing details yet.
Queer Eye launched in 2018 as a reboot of Bravo’s original series that ran from 2003 to 2007. The updated version moved from Atlanta to various locations and featured a new cast of lifestyle experts.
The current Fab Five includes Antoni Porowski (food and wine), Tan France (fashion), Karamo Brown (culture and lifestyle), Bobby Berk (design), and Jonathan Van Ness (grooming).
The show earned critical acclaim and multiple Emmy nominations during its run. It won Outstanding Structured Reality Program at the 2018 Emmy Awards.
Season 9 premiered in December 2023 and featured the team working in Las Vegas. Previous seasons took them to locations including Kansas City, Tokyo, Philadelphia, and New Orleans.
The series became known for its positive approach to personal transformation. Each episode typically follows the five hosts as they help someone rebuild different aspects of their life over the course of a week.
Queer Eye also spawned international versions in countries like Germany, Brazil, and Australia. These international adaptations will continue independently of the original series ending.
Netflix hasn’t announced what the final season’s location or format will be. The streaming service said more details about season 10 will be released closer to the premiere date.
The announcement comes as Netflix continues reshaping its reality TV lineup. The platform has been investing heavily in unscripted content while also making strategic decisions about which long-running series to conclude.
