SAG-AFTRA and AMPTP reach tentative agreement to resolve actors’ strike Release Date

– Tentative agreement reached between SAG-AFTRA and AMPTP
– Deal averts possible actors’ strike
– Two-year extension on the SAG-AFTRA Interactive Media Video Game agreement

A tentative agreement has come into place between SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild‐American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) and AMPTP (Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers) to put an end to the impending actors’ strike. The deal focuses mainly on the extension of the SAG-AFTRA Interactive Media Video Game agreement, which is now set to continue for the next two years.
