The Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) and major studios, represented by the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP), are planning to resume contract talks on Monday. These negotiations had come to a standstill in June, with both parties making accusations about stalled progress. This time, both sides are returning to the bargaining table with revised proposals that will address issues such as compensation structures and working conditions.
