Paramount+ has announced premiere dates for several upcoming shows and documentaries.
The streaming service revealed that Beavis and Butt-Head will return for its third season. The animated series continues creator Mike Judge’s revival of the franchise that originally aired on MTV in the 1990s.
Season 3 will premiere later this year.
A new documentary focusing on the comedy duo Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara is also heading to the platform. The film explores the careers of the married comedy team who worked together for decades in stand-up, television, and film.
Stiller and Meara were prominent figures in comedy from the 1960s through the 2000s. Jerry Stiller later gained recognition for roles on Seinfeld and The King of Queens. Anne Meara appeared in numerous television shows and films throughout her career.
The documentary will feature archival footage and interviews about their partnership both on stage and at home.
Paramount+ hasn’t announced a specific release date for the Stiller and Meara documentary yet.
The platform is expanding its content library with both original programming and documentary features. These additions join Paramount+’s existing catalog of shows, movies, and exclusive content.
Additional premiere dates for other upcoming Paramount+ projects are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
