The Chosen, a Jesus drama, receives SAG waiver to complete Season 4 filming Release Date

– Jesus-themed drama, The Chosen, receives a waiver from the Screen Actors Guild (SAG)
– Production of Season 4 begins despite the ongoing pandemic
– Waiver granted due to extensive pandemic protocols and creator funding the show independently

The popular Jesus-centric drama, The Chosen, has been granted a waiver from the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) which allows it to continue filming Season 4 amid the COVID-19 pandemic. This is due to the creator, Dallas Jenkins, putting in extensive COVID-19 safety protocols and financing the TV series independently, without the assistance of traditional Hollywood studios.

Although many television productions have halted filming due to the pandemic, The Chosen remains steadfast in its mission to bring its story to the screen. With this waiver, fans of the show can expect more of the biblical drama in the coming months.
