– Examples of well-known shows that were un-renewed

A number of popular TV shows, including “Stumptown,” “GLOW,” and “A League of Their Own,” have experienced reversed renewals. Over 20 other shows have faced similar situations as well. These so-called ‘Un-Renewed’ TV series were initially granted extensions for additional seasons, but the renewals were later revoked, mainly due to complications caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The TV industry has been significantly impacted by the global health crisis, with many productions forced to halt or adapt their filming processes to adhere to new health and safety guidelines. As a result, some TV networks have chosen to scrap previously-announced renewals for various television series.
